"I’ll admit I’m probably a little..."
I’ll admit I’m probably a little picky when it comes to customer service, but this was frustrating. I called with what I thought were simple questions, and the whole time it felt like they were just trying to get me off the phone. I didn’t get clear answers, nobody really explained what was going on, and when I followed up by email, the replies took way too long. Maybe other people have had better luck with them, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t say it was worth the hassle...

"Didn’t feel like my record was really protected"
I hired them because I was really worried about protecting my record, that was the whole reason I reached out. But i never felt like I had a clear idea of what was going on. Updates were slow, and I kept having to ask basic questions that I feel like should’ve been explained upfront. By the end, it just didn’t seem like they helped protect my record the way I expected. I wouldn’t use them again.

Maybe it’s just me, but when I saw the price, it felt way too high for what I was comfortable spending. I just couldn’t really justify paying that much, so it ended up not being affordable for me.

"Pricing was kind of confusing"
I went in thinking the cost would be straightforward, but it wasn’t super clear until later on. I felt like I had to keep asking what the charges were actually for, which was a little frustrating. I’m sure it might be fine for some people, but I don’t really like when pricing feels sort of vague. I just expected a bit more info upfront before signing up.

"Didn’t feel supported with a serious ticket"
I had a serious violation and expected a lot more guidance from them. Communication was slow, and when they did respond it was often vague, so I kept having to follow up just to understand what was happening. For something this important, I think they needed to be more proactive and accountable. Instead, it felt like I was just another case number. They might be okay for a minor ticket, but for anything serious, I wouldn’t use them again.

Tried to pay and found out it’s cards only, no PayPal option at all. Kinda frustratng because that’s what I usually use and it just made checkout more annoying than it needed to be

"Fees showed up later and no one to talk to"
The price looked reasonable at first, but then extra fees started showing up later in the process. It felt kind of sneaky, and I probably wouldn’t have used them if I’d known the real cost upfront. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any actual person to talk to about it, just automated stuff. I really don’t like dealing with surprise charges and zero human contact.

I don’t feel like this was worth the money. I paid more than I expected, and it kind of felt like they made it seem more helpful than it actually was. I probably could’ve handled it myself for less. There wasn’t much real value, just extra cost and not a lot of support.

I tried The Ticket Clinic because a friend of mine had mentioned them before, and I figured it would be a simple process. Unfortunately, that wasn’t really my experience. "They were quick to respond…"
They were quick to respond before I paid, but after that, getting any follow-up was a hassle. I had to call and email more than once just to get basic updates. And when someone finally did get back to me, it felt rushed, like they were just trying to get me off their plate. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I wouldn’t use them again.

"Had some good points, but not worth the stress"
I’ll say the idea seemed promising at first, and there were a couple of things I appreciated. But overall, I ended up really unhappy with the experience. It caused way more stress than I expected, and I don’t feel like it was worth it. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, I’d probably look for another option next time...

"Sorta still felt stressed"
